Prepare to be BLOWN AWAY with the view from this ground floor unit. Not only is the condo a desirable ground floor unit (so no need to take the stairs), but it is located right next to Tradewinds Bar and Grill AND has an incredible view of the beach and lake from the rear patio! If you have never driven into this community before, you are in for a treat! As soon as you make the turn in, you will feel transported to the Caribbean with the lush landscaping that encompasses you. As already noted, the real star of the show here is the location of the unit in the resort as well as the spectacular views provided behind the unit! Imagine waking up in the morning, sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee, and watching the hot air balloons pass over the lake behind you (yes, they do fly over here some days!). If that didn't sell you alone, let's take a tour of the condo itself. Step in through the front door, and you will notice that this floorplan has split bedrooms. Upon first entering, there is a bedroom with a queen bed on the right side of the property, and on the left side is a bedroom with two twin beds. Continuing on, you will notice a formal dining area, and right before that is the second bathroom. This bathroom has some handicap modifications, including grab bars around the toilet, and a zero-entry tile shower. Past this area is the kitchen, which also offers additional bar stool seating. The living room and master bedroom offer fantastic views of the woods, sandy beach, and lake behind this condo. Both also have sets of sliding glass doors that lead out to screened patios. The master bedroom has an ensuite master bathroom with a tub and shower combo, and the shower also has grab bars. The AC was replaced in 2017. Short term / transient residency is permitted in this community- no long term leasing or residents, making it a true vacation resort. The monthly condo fee covers all utilities except electricity. The amenities the community offers are endless walking trails, an on-site restaurant, on-site spa, fitness center, tennis court, volleyball court, and even a sandy beach next to the lake!
