EXCITING NEWS!!! Dylan’s Grove has been expanded to add Phase 2A, featuring nine estate size lots, from 2.00 acres to 3.95 acres. The homesites are open and level and the forty acres comprising Phase 2A is surrounded by a stand of huge, mature oak trees in the 100 foot wide common area buffer around the perimeter of the community. There will be a 6 foot wide paved jogging trail, meandering through the wooded buffer; totaling about 2 ½ miles along the trail through Phase 1 and 2A.
